The Future of Health

June 14, 2022

Bringing together health administrators, researchers, practitioners, funders, partners and tech founders to build the future.

Canadian health care has major challenges as well as major opportunities—from ehealth and the recruitment and retention of workers, to funding constraints, data sharing and community-based care. Luckily, Canada’s tech community is made up of thousands of founders with solutions.

But Canada’s health system has been relatively slow to implement technologies that can dramatically improve care. The processes for identifying problems, and then creating, testing and deploying the solutions have made adoption of new tech slow and inefficient.

That’s why CityAge and Communitech are bringing together health administrators, researchers, practitioners, funders, partners and tech founders to build the future of health.

On June 14, the country’s leading health-care organizations and our most promising healthtech and medtech startups and scale-ups will come together to assess what problems we need to solve, and how to do it.
