Building a Vision Zero Future
November 15, 2022
Building a future with zero traffic-related deaths or severe injuries.
Regions around the world have committed to achieving Vision Zero: a future with zero traffic-related deaths or severe injuries.
Cities are making important strides towards that future, but without investing in next-generation technology we will fall short.
Electric, connected, and autonomous vehicles are making a more high-tech response to traffic safety possible. AI, 5G, and tools that allow for data-driven decision making will pave the way to eliminating traffic-related deaths and enhancing people-centric mobility at large.
That’s why Communitech is working with the Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network (OVIN) to help Ontario based startups and scale-ups develop and deploy these solutions.
Join us on November 15 as we gather leaders from the public and private sector to explore the major areas of opportunity in Vision Zero initiatives, the major challenges and barriers to new tech adoption, and strategies for moving forward.
